	Almost Family provides personal care services in several locations, including Kentucky, Florida, Ohio and Connecticut.
	Apex Home Healthcare Services was added to the family of companies in April 2008.  Apex Home Healthcare Services is based in Jacksonville, and has three locations serving the seven Northeast Florida counties, including the communities of Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.
	Better@Home was acquired in April 2006 to add services in Central Florida.  Better@Home is based in Ocala, Florida and serves five counties north of Orlando.
	Caretenders was the original home health agency of Almost Family. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Caretenders became the second Medicare-certified home health agency in the State of Kentucky in 1981.  The company grew regionally to include locations across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Alabama, and Massachusetts.
	Community Home Health was acquired from Flagler Hospital in November 2005.  This hospital-based agency services six counties in Florida.
	Florida Home Health has been in operation for over twenty years, and was acquired in March 2005 from Manatee Memorial Hospital.  This hospital-based agency provides services in the Bradenton/Sarasota metropolitan area of West Central Florida.
	Caretenders was the original home health agency of the company based in Louisville, Kentucky.  Caretenders became the second Medicare certified home health agency in the State of Kentucky in 1981.  The company grew regionally to include locations across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Alabama, and Massachusetts.
	Almost Family Medlink provides personal care services to the metropolitan Cleveland, Ohio market, with its base operation in Shaker Heights.  This agency was acquired in May 2002 and operated offices in Parma, Akron and Youngstown.  This footprint of Almost Family Medlink has expanded to include Medicare-certified services operating under the Caretenders brand.
	Patient Care in the latest member of the Almost Family group of companies.  Patient Care has been providing services for over thirty years, and has eight branch offices in New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
	Based in Tampa Bay, Florida, Quality of Life provides services to the metropolitan Tampa Bay market from five branch offices.  Quality of Life specializes in services to group living facilities that are designed to allow residents to age in place.
